Gaming Price is an informational and pricing-reference tool for video game collectors. The app identifies physical video games from photos and displays estimated market values for reference purposes only.

All prices shown in Gaming Price are estimates based on market data that changes over time. Prices are not guaranteed sale values, offers to buy, or appraisals. The actual value of any game depends on its condition, completeness, authenticity, demand, and where and when it is sold. Do not rely on Gaming Price estimates as the sole basis for buying, selling, insuring, or valuing items.

Game identification is performed automatically from your photo and may occasionally be incorrect — for example when the photo is blurry, the label is damaged, or two releases look very similar. Always verify the identified game, platform, region, and edition before making decisions based on a result.

We aim to keep Gaming Price available and responsive, but the service is provided "as is" and "as available". Features may change, be interrupted, or be discontinued at any time without notice. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

You agree not to:

• Use the app or website for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to disrupt, overload, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the service
• Use automated tools to scrape, harvest, or mass-query the service
• Upload content that is illegal, harmful, or infringes the rights of others

The Gaming Price name, logo, app design, and website content are the property of Gaming Price and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute them without permission.

Nintendo, PlayStation, Xbox, Sega, and other platform or publisher names are trademarks of their respective owners. They are referenced solely to identify games and platforms. Gaming Price is an independent application and is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by any game publisher or platform holder.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Gaming Price and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages — including financial losses from buying or selling games — arising from your use of the app or website, or from reliance on any identification result or price estimate.

We may update the app, website, or these Terms of Use at any time. Material changes will be reflected on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the service after changes means you accept the revised terms.
